We are looking for an Operations Manager at our company that specializes in renting out party supplies for events and is passionate about making every event unique and unforgettable! As an Operations Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth and successful events by leading and organizing our operational processes. The position is divided to include both hands-on work as well as sales, administration, and planning.

Additionally, the role involves a dynamic workload with higher intensity during the summer months and a quieter period during the winter.

Requirements:

· B driver's license

· Understanding of Swedish in both spoken and written form

Responsibilities:

· Sales: Responsible for promoting and selling our party supplies to potential customers.

· Order management: Receive and manage orders, ensuring correct documentation and communication with customers.

· Delivery planning: Organize and plan deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service.

· Staff management: Lead, motivate, train, and delegate to our party team.

· Transport and assembly: Carry out transportation of party supplies to event locations and be responsible for on-site assembly.

Qualifications:

· Experience in sales and customer relations.

· Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Leadership experience and ability to motivate and develop staff.

· Good physical condition to handle the transport and assembly of products.
